At Grace Engraved Publishing, we partner with authors whose work uplifts, teaches, and inspires. We currently accept projects in the following categories:

What We Do Not Publish

To honor our values and editorial standards, we do not publish content in the following areas:

• Erotica or sexually explicit material

• Whimsical or surreal content rooted in fantasy themes

• Magic, sorcery, witchcraft, or occult practices

• Supernatural, fantasy, or mythical storylines

• Math or science textbooks and academic-style works

• Horror, psychological thrillers, or dark suspense

• Crime or true crime

• Philosophy-focused manuscripts
   

Content Alignment & Discretion

We reserve the right to decline any manuscript, proposal, or project that conflicts with our core beliefs, ethical standards, or content guidelines—whether or not it appears in the lists above.

If your book does not clearly fit these categories, or you’re unsure whether it aligns with our standards, you are welcome to submit it for consideration. We will review your request and respond within two weeks (M–F) of submission.

How to Request a Project Review

To submit a project for review:

​

1. Send an email to our publishing team at info@graceengravedpublishing.com.

2. In your message, briefly describe your project and request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

3. The NDA must be signed and returned before we review any sample pages, outlines, or full manuscripts.

4. ​Once the NDA is fully executed, we will proceed with an initial review and let you know the next steps.

Production Timeline

Our standard publishing timeline is approximately 90-120 days, depending on the length and complexity of the manuscript. For authors needing a faster release, we offer accelerated (rush) options for select projects.

Ghostwriting Timelines

Ghostwriting services operate on a customized schedule based on the required page count, depth of content, and project scope. Individual timelines are determined after the initial consultation and review.

Communication & Office Hours

We strive to honor every author with timely and clear communication. All messages and inquiries are answered within 48–72 business hours.
While our primary communication occurs during standard business hours, responses may occasionally be sent on weekends at the company's discretion.
